Welcome to Ikebana: A Meditative Flower Arranging Workshop!
Slow down, center yourself, and create something beautiful.
Join us for a hands-on Ikebana flower arranging class at the Austin Shambhala Meditation Center. Ikebana is the Japanese contemplative art of flower arrangement—an elegant, simple, and mindful practice that invites you to connect with nature and express inner stillness through form and beauty.
In this small group workshop, you'll receive personalized instruction in the fundamentals of Ikebana. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, you'll be guided in creating arrangements that reflect both your unique perspective and the harmony of the natural world.
