What exactly is this event?

This is a guided, meditative experience in stillness, awareness, and release - centered on the theme of forgiveness. It’s not a workshop nor group therapy. There’s no pressure to share. It’s a quiet space to be with yourself and be gently led to awareness and releasing of the weight of the past.

Do I need to talk or share my story?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. This is a non-sharing space. You’re invited to be fully present with your own process—no storytelling, no fixing, no performing. Just stillness, guidance, and quiet reflection.

Is this religious or affiliated with any spiritual tradition?

Accepted Answer

No. While the experience may feel spiritual, it is not tied to any specific religion or tradition. It is open to all, regardless of background or belief system.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Bring a journal or notebook, and a willingness to be still and present with yourself. Wear comfortable clothing - you’ll be seated for much of the session.

Will I receive anything with my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All participants will receive a digital journal handout with reflection prompts. A printed version is available for $5 if you prefer a physical copy.

What if I don’t know how to forgive?

Accepted Answer

You don’t need to have it figured out. That’s the point. This experience is for those who want to let go but may not know how to begin. We meet you where you are, with no expectations. Just come with an open willingness to forgive.

To preserve the integrity of the space, we ask that you arrive on time and stay for the full experience. Doors will close shortly after the start time.

What’s the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the event - no questions asked. After that point, tickets become non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to gift your ticket to someone else - just let us know so we can update the guest list.
