Experience the journey of the Civil Rights Movement through One Day: Dublin's Civil Rights Experience, an interactive reader’s theatre event where you become part of history.

Step into the world of a young Martin Luther King, Jr. as he delivers his first public speech in Dublin, GA, and witness the pivotal moments that shaped his future. Held inside the historic First African Baptist Church, this experience brings to life the struggles and triumphs of the Civil Rights Movement, featuring key figures like entrepreneur Herbert "Hub" Dudley.

With speaking and non-speaking roles, all ages can participate. A guided tour of the church is included, and a guided tour of Martin Luther King, Jr. Monument Park can be requested.
