The course will begin and remain in the classroom for much of the day covering disassembly, assembly, solvent and lubricant discussion, solvent and lubricant recommendations, part maintenance, potential upgrades with their pros and cons, and will culminate on the range for a small session in recommended function testing and diagnostic procedures for certain malfunctions. Students should come away with a new appreciation for how to maintain their 1301t for its lifetime and recommendations on how to solve potential problems that may arise on the range. Please note, this is not an official armorer’s course and is not endorsed by Beretta.

There will be no ammunition present in the classroom. About the Instructor:

Ashton Ray is the owner of 360 Performance Shooting, a veteran owned company, based near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has been instructing shooters for nearly two decades, but if you ask him to define who he is, he will say he’s a coach, not an instructor. Rather than standing in front of his students requiring that they simply follow his directions, he believes in tailored coaching to maximize what each student needs, whether it be to improve skill in competition, self defense, or law enforcement. Ashton has a keen understanding of the concept of coaching students to success, looking at each individual and finding the means to grow each student. He helps his clients raise the bar on their performance individually, personally making it his goal to have his students see their own personal growth. He also ensures that students leave his training classes with clear goals to work on, as well as the diagnostic tools to evaluate their own progress as they pursue individual improvement.
