12th Annual Winternational Embassy Showcase
Overview
Presented by World Trade Center Washington, DC (WTCDC), this vibrant, one-of-a-kind global marketplace will feature representatives from various embassies and cultural organizations. Visitors will discover visual arts, handcrafts, cuisine, and tourism and trade opportunities while enjoying an immersive experience of international culture. Event registration is free.
Winternational’s lively midday celebration invites the region to experience the world in the heart of the nation’s capital. Last year, the event welcomed more than 65 embassies and 8,000 guests. Attendees explored the marketplace for artisanal treasures and sampled delicacies including Jamaica’s famous rum cakes and beef patties, Saudi Arabia’s exquisite truffles, and Costa Rica’s flavorful honey and visited country exhibits highlighting arts and culture, commodities, travel opportunities, and diaspora communities in traditional dress.
