August is the milestone month as Quincy celebrates his birthday and the anniversary of his company Quincy Carr, Inc. It's also no secret Quincy has a huge heart. He uses a portion of the proceeds from this event to give back every year. His focus is to help people who suffer from speech impediments similar to himself. Each year those funds help people receive services at Old Dominion University's nonprofit Speech & Hearing Clinic.
