What is on the menu?

Chef Melissa Scrymgeour creates a menu based on what she finds at the farmer’s market, and from local fishermen and ranchers, ensuring that every dish is local, fresh, and seasonal. The menu will not be revealed until the event begins, adding to the excitement and anticipation.

What wines will be served?

Accepted Answer

We guarantee at least 8 wines, but generally 16  wines will be poured at this event.  As a wine enthusiast, Matt Kettmann enjoys sharing his collection, and this event presents a unique opportunity for him to do just that. No one but Matt and the Chef know what will be poured at supper.

What is a supper club?

Supper clubs focus on creating intimate and exclusive dining experiences, with limited seating, fixed menus, and a warm ambiance. Just 8 Supper Club is a great way to enjoy delicious food, outstanding wine, and experience dining in a different and memorable way.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Due to the nature of this event and the experience we aim to provide, we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to welcome you to a future event where we can cater to your needs.

How many guests can attend the event?

The event is limited to just 8 guests, ensuring an intimate and exclusive experience.

Question 6

Will wine be available for sale?

Accepted Answer

Many of the wines poured are no longer available for purchase except through a winery's  library collection. Some wines poured during the event will be current vintages and these wines will be available for purchase, allowing you to take home a taste of the evening and continue the experience.

What is the cost of the event?

Accepted Answer

The event costs $299 per person. A $49 non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation via Eventbrite. The remaining $200 per person, plus tax and optional gratuity, will be charged at the event.
