Frequently asked questions

What will we be tasting?

Per State of Ohio law, we will taste through 4 quarter-ounce samples. We switch what we're tasting depending on the season, and you can always request to taste something specific!

Can my child attend?

Sorry, this is a 21 and up-only experience.

I'm not drinking right now. Can I come?

Yes, absolutely. Our tasting portion is completely optional, and there's still plenty of fun to be had on the tour.

How early should I arrive?

Please make sure you select a time slot where you can plan on arriving 10 minutes early. We like to make sure everything is organized well. If you're running late, we're going to start without you, though you're welcome to join us once you arrive.

I need to cancel or reschedule my tickets.

Please e-mail cheers@echospirits.com and provide your name, the date of your tour, and whether you'd like to cancel or reschedule. We cannot provide cancellation refunds within 4 hours of the event.

Ooops, I missed my tour!

We understand that things happen. Unfortunately, Eventbrite does not allow us to refund tickets after the event has started. However, we'd be happy to work with you to move your tickets to another time slot.
