Welcome to our Signature barre3 Community Class! Strength, cardio, mindfulness — that’s the foundation of the barre3 signature class. No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Looking forward to moving with you!

Please bring a yoga mat to class. *Optional props: hand weights (2- 10 lbs recommended)

Start your Saturday with movement and a view! Join us for a complimentary 45-minute barre class taught by Liberty P. After your workout, treat yourself to a refreshing flight and garden-inspired bites in the tasting room. Discounted tastings will be offered for $25!

Please sign our waiver prior to class if you are new to our studio. If you have already signed a waiver for another barre3 Wilsonville event, you do not need to sign another one.
