Do I need to bring my own mat?

No! Mats are provided. Of course you can always bring your own if you'd like.

I'm new to yoga. Is this going to be too hard for me?

No! My classes are geared to all levels. I provide options for modifications for every pose.

How do I find the studio?

Outside 252 Java Street, enter "347" on the intercom to your right. Then, walk over to the double doors to your left to be let in. Veer left and walk past the bathrooms toward the red exit sign. Go out the door and then out the next door with the exit sign. Held Space will be the door to your right

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before class if this is your first time here. Finding the studio and getting situated can take a few minutes and we need to ensure we start on time to ensure we are able to enjoy a full 60-minutes of uninterrupted yoga time.
