Balls, Special Events, & Socials: Unless otherwise specified, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. If canceled before 7 days, the ticket value will remain a "cash" credit on your account. Cancellations within 7 days will be charged in full. No exceptions.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are required to give 7 days notice (by 8:00 pm on July 12th, 2025) in order to receive a STUDIO CREDIT on your account with Ballroom Dance Chicago. If you cancel or no-show, for any reason, you will forfeit both your ticket & studio credit. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
