Is the deposit refundable?

No. The $100 deposit is nonrefundable.

Are refunds available if I am unable to attend?

Refunds will be given out as follows: Money paid besides the nonrefundable deposit will be fully refunded between January-February. Money paid besides the nonrefundable deposit will be half refunded between March-April. Money paid in May-June will not be refunded.

Question 3

Will there be free time to explore or relax as my choosing?

Accepted Answer

YES! There will be multiple times built in that the participants can explore the mountains, rest, sit by the lake, or go into the near by towns.
