Get ready to turn up the heat! In this interactive class, you’ll master the bold flavors and sizzling techniques of Japanese-style hibachi cooking. From knife skills to perfecting that irresistible sear, we’ll guide you through creating a full hibachi-inspired meal that’s as fun to make as it is to eat. With plenty of hands-on cooking and a little showmanship built in, this class is perfect for a date night or a night out with friends. By the end, you’ll be able to recreate the hibachi experience at home.

All the hits, made entirely from scratch!

  • Traditional Pork Gyoza with Dipping Sauce
  • Salad with Ginger Miso Dressing
  • Wok Fried Rice
  • Steak, Shrimp & Vegetable Stir-Fry
