Hello! I am Anna, an intuitive artist & guide. I am creating a new space for process art, artistic discovery and self expression. Join Flow State Sessions, a Zoom space for intuitive art making. Come as you are, use supplies you have, and create in community without critique. (Sharing of process and work is encoraged.) Groups are every Thursday and Sunday night at 6:30pm - 8:00pm PDT.

Flow Art Session Schedule Breakdown
Structure of Sessions: Introduction (5 min)Warm-up drawing (5 min) Hi! Breakout groups (15 min) Say your name, pronouns and where you are from. -Show and Tell! introduce a tool/supply in your toolkit or a piece you've made before - tell us your intention for the evening. Keep answers 3-5 minutes per person. No questions or cross talk please to make sure everyone gets time. First draw from inspiration jar prompt (15 min) Second draw prompt (35 min) Breakout rooms for sharing (no feedback, just sharing). (15 min). Share your process, discoveries you made, how you felt.
