Join us for this intermediate-level sugar cookie decorating class!

This very special one-time class is for the person who has successfully completed at least one royal icing sugar cookie decorating class - preferably with BigMouth Baking! If you have ever felt like you'd like to try slightly more intricate designs without the pressure of an advanced class, then this is the class for you.

We will be doing a fun "CharCookerie!" set of cookies which will build on beginner skills. Your ticket includes 8 cookies, 6 frostings, sprinkles, and tools!

We will assume that anyone attending will be comfortable with outlining, flooding, wet-on-wet, using a scribe, and with beginner line details. Not sure if you have the necessary skill? Please feel free to email emma@bigmouthbaking.com to discuss!

This class is on Saturday, August 9 from 11 AM to 12:30 PM. This class will take place at Olive Tree in Overland Park - 7044 W. 105th Street

Do I need experience with cookie decorating?

We strongly recommend that you have completed at least one royal icing class before taking this intermediate class. We will assume that anyone attending will be comfortable with outlining, flooding, wet-on-wet, using a scribe, and with beginner line details.

How early should I arrive?

Class starts promptly at the posted time. Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early to have first choice of seating, explore the venue, use the restroom, etc.

Can I drop my kids off for class?

Children ages 12 and younger must be with an adult. Teenagers may be dropped off.

My friend is coming – can I watch?

Nope - class is not a spectator sport. Everyone attending must have their own ticket.

In our 1.5-hour classes, we'll cover the basics to sugar cookies (so – yes, it’s beginner friendly!), do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided at class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile (and maybe an apron).
