About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

The stigma surrounding mental illness keeps many people who have depression, anxiety, panic attacks, or other mental health challenges from seeking help. It is our goal to educate the community at large about mental health issues and support to help reduce stigma, as well as provide resources.

Join us for this family-fun, community event that will include vendors, food, music and exercise as Eustress Inc and Bertie County YMCA aim to break down barriers and build awareness in minority communities.
