Let's start off the holiday season with a fitness challenge to keep us moving and accountable

!It can be difficult to find the motivation to get out and exercise when the days are shorter and colder. Do you remember the old 10,000 steps a day campaign?
Well, we are bringing it back and challenging you to rack up 10k steps (or about 5 miles), every day in November.

Included in the challenge fee is access to a private strava group and tracking sheet just for the challenge where you can keep track your steps.

This is also where we will post motivating messages, workout ideas, training tips and resources. Make sure to join to support and cheer on your friends and fellow challenge goers!

Running, hiking, snowshoeing, stair climbing or walking. Anything goes. We just want you to get moving!

We will also be doing several special mini challenges over the month including:
- Doubles steps for participating in a local 5k. Join us for the Mustache run on Nov 22nd, we will have a discount code to join the group!
- Special prizes for those who rack up 10,000 steps everyday of November
- Meetup with members to walk or run before/after workouts to rack up more steps.

Cost:
FREE and open ONLY to current OWT members.
