100 Kindness Challenge

Introducing the launch of a very special project! The 100 Kindnesses Challenge will challenge participants to perform 100 acts of kindness before the end of December 2026.  The goal of this project is to amplify kindness in a time of stress. In this session, we will kick off this project by making a plan to share some of our kindnesses with the group, track our progress, and receive encouragement from our fellow participants!

All participants who complete the challenge in 2026 will receive an invitation for a FREE full-day retreat with MPC in Q1 of 2027!  Join us in cultivating happiness in ourselves and others!
