Join for us a weekend of celebrating Write to Be's 10 year anniversary!
We're commemorating this milestone with a celebration: 10 Years of Write to Be: Our Fearless Journey. In honor of International Day of the Girl and in celebration of our 10-year anniversary, we want to raise $10,000 to fund our programs that support women and girls in Les Cayes, Haiti. All donations contribute towards our Fi Ki Fò ("strong girl") after school program.
Our fundraising events will be:
Friday October 10 from 6-9pm at Dacha Beer Garden Navy Yard.An evening of cocktails and connection, with all night happy hour specials. Expect program stories, reflections from the past 10 years, and a toast to our community.
Saturday October 11 from 10:30am-12:30pm at Rock Creek Park, Picnic Grove #7.A casual run/walk in honor of International Day of the Girl. Every step supporting the fearless journey of theFi Ki Fò.
Whether you can join us for one event or both, your presence means a lot. This milestone isn’t just about our past 10 years. It’s about writing the futuretogether.💜
