剧目通过七个"正常人"在精神病院中试图证明自己正常的荒诞过程，探讨了群体规则与个体身份的永恒命题。

The Insanity by Rao Xiaozhi is a widely acclaimed work of absurdist comedy, celebrated for its sharp social insights and humorous narrative style. The Vancouver Mandarin Drama Society has received official authorization to stage the play, making this the only licensed performance version outside of China.

The story follows seven “normal” individuals trapped in a psychiatric hospital, each desperately trying to prove their own sanity. Through this absurd process, the play probes the timeless tension between collective rules and individual identity.
