Class Description – Home Fraud Defense™Real estate fraud is increasing in speed, sophistication, and financial impact—placing real estate professionals on the front line of client protection and risk management. This course provides practical, real-world education designed to help agents recognize common and emerging fraud schemes, identify warning signs early, and respond appropriately when fraud is suspected.Participants will learn how deed fraud, wire fraud, identity manipulation, impersonation, and transaction interference schemes operate in real transactions. The class emphasizes risk awareness, documentation, escalation pathways, and communication best practices that help protect clients while reducing professional and brokerage exposure.The course includes real case examples, actionable checklists, and step-by-step response guidance that can be applied immediately in daily practice.
