Utilizing Technology in the Elementary Classroom

Teachers will learn how to better incorporate technology into their everyday teaching practices. We will go over various apps for students to use on the iPad that can be used for students at varying levels, share websites that students can use both in the classroom and at home to practice skills, learn tricks to make the SMARTboard more user friendly, and create a SMARTboard activity. Teachers will also learn how to create spreadsheets and use excel to organize and track student data.
