The Education Summit - New Hampshire
Wednesday, August 19, 2015 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EDT)
The New Hampshire Education Summit
Join us at Londonderry High School for the New Hampshire Education Summit, hosted by The Seventy Four, a non-partisan, non-profit news website about education and sponsored by the American Federation for Children, the nation’s leading school-choice advocacy organization.
A first-of-its-kind summit will gather prominent elected officials, political influencers, and education thought leaders to discuss the challenges now facing America’s education system.
The event will be moderated by The Seventy Four co-founder and Editor-in-Chief Campbell Brown and others. Confirmed speakers include Governor Jeb Bush, Governor Chris Christie, former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, Governor Bobby Jindal, Governor John Kasich and Governor Scott Walker.
All speakers are invited in their current personal or professional capacities and will appear on stage separately for an important conversation about America’s education challenges and opportunities.
When it comes to most political debates, K-12 education issues tend to get overshadowed by a landslide of other domestic policy issues. The 2015 New Hampshire Education Summit will keep the conversation focused on America’s most urgent policy issue, affording featured speakers time to provide in-depth perspectives outside the formal parameters of the presidential debates.

The Seventy Four is a non-profit, non-partisan news site covering education in America. Our public education system is in crisis. In the United States, less than half of our students can read or do math at grade-level, yet the education debate is dominated by misinformation and political spin. Our mission is to lead an honest, fact-based conversation about how to give America’s 74 million children under the age of 18 the education they deserve.
Our stories are backed by investigation, expertise, and experience. The Seventy Four’s reporting aims to challenge the status quo, expose corruption and inequality, and champion the heroes who bring positive change to our schools.
There are 74 million children in America. There are 74 million reasons to talk about education. Join the conversation.
The American Federation for Children, the nation's voice for educational choice, seeks to improve our nation’s K-12 education by advancing systemic and sustainable public policy that empowers parents, particularly those in low-income families, to choose the education they determine is best for their children..
