NovaCon X will be held at Brentwood City Park on August 2nd, 2025, starting at 3:00 PM.
 
Location: 150 City parkway, Brentwood, CA 94513

Please note: This is in Contra Costa County—not Los Angeles County!

ABSOLUTELY!!! NovaCon X is a family-friendly event for all ages and all walks of life. Check out the activities we have to offer on our Line-Up page.

Is there a cosplay contest?

Why of course. What would NovaCon X be without a cosplay contest? To join the contest, you must send an application ahead of time on our website. You can also sign up at the event, but keep in mind that space is limited and that you may be on stand-by. First come, first serve. Apply today!

What are the bag/item regulations at NovaCon X?

Bags and outdoor food are allowed into the event, BUT keep in mind that our policy may change. Stay tuned!

What could be better than free and convenient parking at an event? There will be available parking in the public parking garage, which leads you directly into NovaCon x easy, accessible, and stress-free! Plus, there’s also free street parking available throughout the surrounding area.

I am under the age of 18. Do I need a guardian to attend with me to NovaCon X?

Yes, you do. Please note that NovaCon is not a babysitting service and we are not responsible for the supervision of any children that responsibility lies solely with the parents or legal guardians. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older. Thank you for your understand

Of course! While we are still finalizing our list of food vendors, we anticipate having a great variety of options stationed along Oak St. In the meantime, Downtown Brentwood offers a wide array of local restaurants and eateries, all within walking distance.
