Mythical Me is a 6-week group experience (every Monday) led by Diana Rivera. It is based on the acclaimed text written by Dr. Stanley Krippner and Dr. David Feinstein, “The Mythic Path: Discovering the Guiding Stories of Your Past - Creating a Vision of Your Future.” This book offers a step-by-step ritual to unlocking one’s inner story and shamanic wisdom.

The 6-week series is designed to explore your personal mythology, that is, the life story you aware of and that which has been unconscious to you. Each session will use guided visualization, meditation, and introspection in a practical way that allows for greater self awareness. Participants will access their imagination in order to understand the past, the present and develop greater insight of the future. They will also become aware of their inner healing properties.

This uniquely developed series provides a safe space for internal discovery and a constructive way to resolve issues that have longed to be acknowledged.

BIO: Diana Rivera is a leading creativity coach, facilitator and specialist who uses creative practices, coaching models and contemporary research in psychology to create profound purpose and direction for her students and clients. Diana develops innovative multi-week, arts integration programs for children, adolescents and professional development for teachers. She also works one-on-one and in groups with creative artist professionals. Diana is a certified personal/professional development coach and holds a Master's in Psychology. She is presently in the final stages of a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Her research interests include flow and blocks to creative process, the state of work-life balance for creative professionals, process and function of imagination. Diana is also a student of Dr. Stanley Krippner.
