The Research Development Office (RDO) serves at the nexus of research and research administration to promote, support, strengthen, and grow the research enterprise at UCSF. Working with faculty, administration staff, and leadership partners, the RDO seeks to attract extramural research funding, increase institutional competitiveness, create research relationships, and foster innovation.

The TSP fosters and supports team science efforts across campus and between our campus and other partners. The program offers a menu of activities aimed at stimulating multi-investigator, multi-disciplinary efforts, including “speed-networking” events and “collaboratory meet-ups”. TSP can also develop and facilitate brainstorming sessions and coordinate research-specific workshops, as well as coach teams through challenges implicit in diverse team composition, from leadership coaching to managing conflict.
