What to expect:

This workshop provides hands-on experience to learn critical skills for managing Liberty and collectives in a VM environment. The course is designed for application server administrators and operations teams, with following learning objectives:

Recommended practices for managing Liberty & collectives in VMs, using basic automation

Accelerate Liberty configuration & deployment using Transformation Advisor’s deployment accelerators

Deploy Liberty applications using best practices and flexible deployment model

Upgrade Liberty fixpacks using Liberty’s “zero migration” architecture and best practices

Implement Dynamic Routing and Session Persistence features for High-availability and Fail-Over for applications

Day 2 operations using basic performance metrics and monitoring
