I am so tired of calling them, everyday asking them about my case. I apply for Financial assistant and my application was denied for some reason they say because I mention In my application I wasn’t Disable. Which it don’t make any sense to me because When I aplyed I mention i was disable but they end up fixing it for me which was nice but the same time I try to take doctor prove that I was disabled and I can’t work certain time of period but they say the doctor notes couldn’t work. So I asked them what do I need to do? they say we will send you some forms for my doctor to fill it out but it never show up. They keep sending the paper saying that I was denied. And it been almost a month still haven’t received them forms. The person I spoke on the phone was a lady she was rude, and it’s the same lady I speake to every time I make a phone call. I’m losing my patience And the same time they helping people don’t even need help but people actually do need help they help them. Some is wrong I hope they fix it. They maybe people that work there at customers service that are racist.

Was told I needed to attend a class to choose my health plan. Chose select health because that's the insurance my doctor accepts. Well I got a letter in the mail and cards. From Molina. Saying thank you for choosing us as your health plan.. Why did I attend the class if this was just going to be selected for me anyways

The workers are not exactly friendly or helpful. Better make sure you have everything and know what they need before visiting, because if not they act like you are wasting their time.

Refreshingly efficient. Not very busy, so there's plenty of parking and I never had to wait more than a couple minutes to talk to someone. We went in to print and scan gov documents. Their computers were adequate and plentiful. Staff seemed a little brusque but quick and knowledgeable.

I got hurt at work. And haven't worked for four months. Was embarrassed that I've had to ask for help. Every person there treated me with respect. And didn't make me feel ashamed for asking. My situation is hard to put in their system. But they were there to help me through it. I really appreciate how I was treated. If everything goes through without any major problems, I will give them an extra star.we will see
