Close to downtown Milwaukee close to Miller Park and the Hank Aaron trail runs right by it. Nice facilities

My friend and I came to the Wisconsin State Fair in August 2017. It was fun. There were all kinds of events going on ranging from music, to exhibits, farm animal contests, etc. There were rides as well as all sorts of food to try. It was well organized with staff and maps to guide you around. We had a great time. There was so much stuff to do.

State fair is always a great place to go with your family. Sure, it has alcohol at just about every stop, but it also has family fun and activities at these stops too. Most of state fair is outdoor, with maybe a sprinkle or too of indoor buildings, but the main indoor plaza is the expo center, where many a salesman will cater their wares for the needy and greedy.

We went to Rummage a Rama in January 2018. This was a terrible show, people were selling gross, dirty things...A few booth had nice stuff, homemade pickles, jams etc...excellent. Some of the antique, collector toys, essential oils / soaps and jewelry stuff was nice...they didn't fit in with all the junk. This place needs to set some standards.

Though it costs $12 get in, if u buy the $5 tickets in June, the whole experience is world it. There are lots of people, but the kids' craft center and rides (esp. wristbands for $35), the diversity of food and clothes from other cultures, and the animals and history of WI make it an unforgettable adventure for friends, family, and yourself
