    I've been coming to Whole Foods for quite some time now, but after a few recent events with rude staff (and one occasion where the food I purchased was rotten), I've been turned off by this location. Today, I came to Whole Foods for Meatless Mondays (I come every Monday, normally after work). Usually when I come, some of the staff are confused about what exactly this is (even though it's on their website), but they eventually figure it out and they ring up the promotion. Today, I came during lunch time and filled up a plate. The cashier had no idea what "Meatless Mondays" was and she called over another staff member. He said it's too early for Meatless Mondays - that it starts at 4 pm. If I had KNOWN that, I would have come later. But the staff here knows nothing about it and there are NO SIGNS ANYWHERE. So it's simply a guessing game. Anyway, since I couldn't get the deal, the man proceeded to take my plate away from me. I asked him if he's going to throw it in the trash and essentially that's what he said he would do. (I'm thinking to myself: you would rather throw this in the garbage than have me purchase it at the promotional price? What a serious waste.) Because of his rudeness, I did not feel like buying anything else from the store even though I was starving. So as I was leaving empty-handed, I asked to get my parking validated. At first the lady refused to validate my parking because "I did not make a purchase". After having my lunch thrown in the garbage by Whole Foods and being treated rudely, this lady was now giving me a hard time about my parking validation. After almost breaking down into tears because of the staff treatment, she finally validated my parking. This whole scenario just completely ruined my day. Even if the deal doesn't begin until 4, there's no need to be so rude about it. Whole Foods - please put up signs with your rules and policies about promotions like these, and please educate your staff so that they can answer my questions about the deal. I've asked many times about the details, only to get an "I don't know." And ultimately this is what happens. Thank you.

    Fresh, variety in premade and items to cook. Great seafood department with a knowledgeable staff.

    Bakery. During busy time on Xmas day, the cake we ordered looked very much less than the cake we got. Very disappointing. Take a picture when ordering and view cake before it is boxed up. Also, no receipt provided when ordering, take picture of order form. Generally like the store, and the bakery person assisting me was very courteous.
