Organized venue, clean, most staff we're friendly aside a few disgruntled, average vendor prices, accommodates large stages, and easy to exit. I would attend another show here. A expanded smoking area would be nice, even for non smokers, getting air after being cooped inside 6 hours with tons of people would be nice.

Very very large hockey center. Converted to host multiple events. Very large parking space. It's a bit of a hassle to get in tho. Lots of policies on what to and what not to bring in. For one, only clear see through bags are allowed and they must be within a certain size and not too big. Metal detectors and security checks to go through. The sitting still gives a reasonably clear view of the grounds regardless of your spot.

Good location to see a game or event. all seats are close.. recommend if going to a gulls game save $$ and buy terrace seats.. you will need the money for beer.. minor league ticket prices but major league beer prices..

Way over priced snacks and parking for events. The map of the seats are very deceiving. We thought we had purchased front row seats for our section and when we got there, we were crammed in behind the last row of the last section. The seats are so close together that you have no arm room. It was very uncomfortable for everyone around us. We paid a lot for our seats and had to watch the whole show on the monitors. Will not make that mistake again. It is better to get seats on the sides as you get more room and can see better than the floor seats unless you are in the first few rows

Valley view Center on Sports Arena is a great venue to watch hockey games, concerts, etc. The venue is relatively small so there isn't a bad seat in the place. We were recently here (April 2018) for a hockey game and they were implementing a clear bag only policy. They we're not allowing purses into the building. I am not sure this is a requirement for all events at this venue, but it is a pain. So pack all your belongings in a clear baggy before you head out or use a clutch no larger than a note card or the length of the palm of your hand.
