Always a great football venue. I watched my New Orleans Saints defeat the Arizona Cardinals (my 2nd team) and I had a blast. Cardinals fans were friendly. I had great seats in the club section ($310/each) at the 30 yard line on the Saints side. I ordered chili cheese fries that weren't at all like the sample they have at concessions. Other food was good. Be ready to spend about $20/person for food & drink, if you're hungry. Probably better to eat somewhere before the game. Be aware that they open the roof and let the sun in, so it can get pretty hot even in December with the A/C on in there. Wear sunscreen and a hat if you're sun sensitive. If you're not in the sun, it's fantastic.
All we heard was great things about the tailgating, then we arrived. We came in from Seattle for the game and arrived 4 hours early ready to have some fun. We didn't know about the requirement to buy specific parking lot access ahead of time and parking was a nightmare. It was 95 degrees and the idea of walking with my beer and snacks 1/4 mile out to where the party was quickly changed to "let's go to the bar." We will go again some time in the future and purchase parking passes to the big lawn.
awesome stadium experience. beautiful inside and out. so loud and so quiet. you can really feel how the stadium feels as a whole and the atmosphere makes you feel like you're celebrating before during and after the game! all the tailgating and pregame activities make this stadium that much better! but stadium wise, bathrooms clean, great prices on food and drinks (for a stadium) very friendly and helpful staff with any questions
