I've used this shop for repairs to my very old commuting bike (aka vintage) on many occassions and they are always very helpful and easy to work with and reasonably priced. Tonight I walked in at 10 min to closing and they fixed my bike quickly while I waited and for $15 labor only. I've never had them try to talk me into upgrades for my bike that weren't needed. They are the best!
Purchased a bike from here and the customer service was great. Two months later I wrecked it. Took it to the shop and they fixed the chain, gear shifts, and braking mechanisms while I waited as part of their "lifetime adjustments." They even touched up the scratches with paint. Great customer service.
Great place. I walked in looking for a bike and did not have much knowledge at all about what kind of bike to buy, and Simon was super helpful, very knowledgeable and didn't try to over charge. He listened to what I was looking for a suggested a great bike... which I purchased that day! Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, very helpful, provided so many tips and bits of information. Overall great experience!
