I have visited prudential center on 05/17/2018. To attend college graduation ceremony of my two kids. Visit was pleasant. I enjoyed a lot. The only thing I want to contribute is that parking in front of centre was $40 but I tried and find nearby parking lot just 200 yards from the centre. Just for &10 good saving. So if you try a little bit. You can do it.

I have been to a couple of concerts at The Prudential Center recently. It's very easy to get to it from NYC via the Path trains and once you arrive at Newark, you can easily make your way from the train station to the concert hall via a safe and covered walkway. I have enjoyed the shows I've attended here. The place is easy going. There's good sightlines to the stage and the sound quality is good. Lines at the concession stands have not been bad. The seats are comfortable and not as tight as a couple of venues in NYC. I plan to come back to The Prudential Center any time my favorite bands make a stop here as a good venue really adds to the enjoyment of the show and general concert experience.

This is such a great arena. For sports they recently installed the largest indoor scoreboard in the world. I love going to Devils games here. You can clearly see every section of the arena from practically any seat. There's lots to choose from as far as food is concerned and the drinks are, well priced for an arena. The sound is also very good in this arena. The parking situation can be kind of a pain but that's pretty much universal with all venues. Would definitely recommend this place for family fun at a hockey game or a night out to see a great concert. Let's go Devils!

Excellent customer service!! The staff went above and beyond to assist me! I won tickets to a Kid Rock show, and due to surgery I couldn't get to those seats. They put me in a wheelchair pushed me the entire way to my seat, and changed my seat to an excellent handicap accessible one! When the show was over they were there to pick me up with a smile on! They made me feel like a queen! Every single employee I interacted with were over the top friendly! I go to a good amount of concerts, and this has been my best experience by far! I had the same experience a month later, when I still needed assistance to use a concert ticket that I was gifted. Great place to see a show!

This is a entertainment and sports arena. I have only seen entertainment shows here so far. I have sat in both the regular seats and the boxes. The boxes are very comfortable and accomodating. Supposedly some are currently being renovated. The regular seats are comfortable as well. Good viewing from all areas. The seats all the way at the top are placed in a very steep manner. Walking down to those seats is not for the faint of heart. The food could be better. They need better quality and more choices. The parking around the arena is too expensive. They should take into consideration that people already paid for the tickets which can be expensive depending on the show. People will also want to buy merchandise and food. That plus the parking adds up and can be very expensive. All of that it is still a great venue, clean enough, and organized entrance and exit.
