Loved it. Room was very expensive, but the room, the amenities, the location and the hotel was great. The interior glass elevators are awesome. So cool to buzz up and down and see where you're going. The fitness room is huge and has so much equipment. Not sure if I'll make it to their top floor, top shelf restaurant, but I hear it's great.

We stayed here for nearly a week during New Years craziness. The staff was always friendly and on top of their game. Rooms were great. We had a room overlooking time square. If you don't mind spending the money this is a great hotel to stay at. Right in the middle of the action!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around... The room was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Great location to Times Square and we were able to walk to the restaurants, theatres, and attractions. The room isolates the noise from the street. Service was great and the front desk was able to handle any issues that arose. The inside of the hotel also has great bars and restaurants inside as well as some gift shops. The elevators were a little crowded in the afternoon around check-in in the evening making it difficult to get on, but it was expected and they were fine the rest of our stay.

I had the chance to come to the MM for the first time in a very long time for a conference. It's aged very well. From the dramatic interior to its great view of Times Square, it's quite an amazing structure. The conference lunch was surprisingly good. I noticed a sign for a buffet for $22 which I may have to come back to investigate. I didn't stay in a room but for a conference in the middle of the greatest city on earth, pretty good.
