    If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Everyone is so nice, but Megan from Food & Beverage is my absolute hero! She assisted me in surprising my best friend, who was not only dealing with her husband recovering at Sloan Kettering from Cancer surgery, but her birthday was also today. I needed to let her know that in spite of being in a hotel away from home, and worrying about her husband's future, she was loved and supported. Thank you so much Megan for your help! ❤

    I will have say that my expectations of this location were simply not met. For the duration of my stay, I had reserved an Executive Suite One Bed which at first glance looked great. The bathroom could use some work, paint was chipping and there was a problem with the plumbing for the bath tub. The A/C control was rather limited and could only be set to cool down to 67 degrees, which still felt hot nonetheless. The overall lighting can be okay if you turn on the extra lights in the room. The wall mounted lights were just not enough. Furthermore, services such as Room Service were also limited as this location has a market instead of a full restaurant. Sadly, I will have to select a different hotel for my next stay in New York.

    Great location. Very clean, stylish room. Beautiful interior spaces. BUT our visit was mid-December and the room was HOT. I mean 74 degrees. Turning down the thermostat changed nothing. The heat kept coming. On calling customer service, the response was "We only provide heat at this time. Here's how to turn it off." We turned off the heat & opened the window (which opens about 3") and were able to get the temperature to 72. If you don't like being baked, don't stay here.

    Great location. Excellent housekeeping (I am super picky about clean hotels). A very busy, crowded place. Had issues with our first room/night but Marie I customer service and her manager to excellent care of us. Some rooms are more recently renovated than others so you might want to request a room accordingly. HiltonHonors guests can see floor maps and pick out rooms online prior to check in. Only thing that could make this a five star is if there were coffee makers in the room ;)
