Our stay was during GRAMMY Week. This hotel hosts audience members and more. The staff is very amenable to most any request. This is an old hotel that is well cared for so be prepared for quirks here and there. But the convenience of being downtown and not far from LA Live offsets the old bones of the property.
The Biltmore is a nostalgic Hotel it's like walking back in time. If you prefer a place that's decked-out in modern Furnishings this isn't the place for you. If you prefer a nostalgic feel the Biltmore is just for you. The rooms are old but clean the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Loved my stay. Everything was excellent from the rooms cleanliness to its guest services. At the reception a fine gentleman upgrade our room at no extra charge since it was available. The hotel is one of the architectural gems of the city and as a result you should expect great service too.
Right in the city of Los Angeles. Walking distance to all metro buses that travel to all other areas of Los Angeles. Quite a number of French restaurants, bistro and patisseries Walking distance Shopping mall and restaurant. Hotel has ornate lobby, ceiling and hallway. It's a very old and historical building in high society. Rooms are huge and beds comfortable.
