    Smaller than other Mariano’s, but the staff are much more friendly and knowledgeable than any of the other nearby grocery stores. If you want your deli meat sliced perfectly, ask for Scott.

    It is a pleasant place to food shop. The clerks are very helpful. The prices are reasonable and the merchandise is very high quality.

    Men's bathroom had no soap garbage full toilet paper on the floor. The lady went to get me soap planted me there 5+ minutes got some soap out of ladies rest room.

    Kroegers, please get with it and fix this place. The worst of all Marianos in the wealthiest community in Illinois? You took over a Dominics and just decided to rake in the money rather than fix it up effectively. Look at the ceiling above the meat department. It has been peeling and 'repaired' with shipping tape for 5+ years. You don't have someone that can paint??? It has been like this since you took over Dominics. The staff? For the most part 2nd rate. Deli guy puts on glove, then touches the handles on the deli case, the cutters, etc, then touches the meat and cheese. He doesn't know the glove isn't worn to keep his hand clean? Meat dept. Guy was spraying the windows to clean them with the meat still in the case??? No oversight. Cashiers are managers because there are never managers there. Less choices. Read the other reviews, especially in yelp. Kroegers doesn't care!

    If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. Every time I go in to this store, I am guaranteed that I will be overcharged on at least one if not more items. Unless I carefully monitor the checkout screen and subsequently have the hapless checker adjust correctly, I walk out spending more than should be correctly charged. Once again, I just left the store after being overcharged for avocados and rotisserie chicken, even though those items are highlighted in weekly current ad. After once again pointing out the error to the store manager, Katherine, she thought that reducing the chicken by one dollar was a fitful response. I told her that if that was her response to my total inconvenience, I would contact Corporate tomorrow. She then back tracked and said she was about to offer me a gift card, but I challenged her genuiness and noted that the offer was only after I brought up Corporate. I left and will contact Corporate tomorrow. Stay away from this poorly managed operation!!!
