Good price, beautiful scenery! I suggest taking a planned path around the park. When we went we started on the left and circled the outside of the zoo. After completing that, we dove in to the inner parts. There is so many hidden gems throughout the zoo it's worth exploring every inch. The beautiful trees and plants make an almost enchanted experience too.

Was great! Very educational. Well designed lay out allowing us to view most of the exhibits. My only reason for not giving this a 5 star rating was because the price of everything was so over inflated. But I admit the animals seemed to be well cared for and protected. Definitely enjoyed my visit and hope to go again.

My first time at this zoo, the kids enjoyed it so much. Its a pretty good size and really great animals for the kids to see. I do suggest to buy the tickets online to skip the long line. We did get pizza for the kids and for me they were not cooked all they way(maybe because they were busy). We had hamburger and those were pretty good.

It's our first time to use the family membership card with one guest today . This review is for a Ticket Inspector at the Membership entrance on February 7, 2018, around 1:19pm. He is a white young man of medium height. Although I don't have his name, he is Very rude and mean. Just because I supposed that the membership card included a one time guest pass, but this man used a very rude way to let us know the difference between the family membership and the Family Deluxe membership. I rarely give reviews, but I don't want others to suffer the same. Next time, if your customer don't know your membership policy, please be nice to explain. After your patient explanations, your customer will Upgrade the Membership directly. But this young man made my guest Even want to go back to home. At last, we decided to buy one Senior ticket to end his loud voice. It was awfully discouraging.

If you can manage to go on the weekday then it's much more enjoyable for the family (I have a 3 month old and a 18 month old)! I have been on a Wednesday and a Sunday and would probably avoid the weekends until the little ones are a little older and more patient! But I loved that they could feed the giraffes! Just make sure you bring cash for it! ($5 for 3 leaves)
