Upon arrival on 2/21/2020 I was greeted by valet. Bryan ( valet ) was awesome he was prompt with getting the doors to the car and getting a bellman ( Andrew) to assist with our luggage. Who was all a excellent help and great at his job. At the front desk Cassandra ( I believe was her name ) greeted us with a smile and superb customer service, she got us all checked in and accommodated our needs we had at the time. The whole weekend was great, got to swim in a heated pool on the 8th floor with a great view of downtown Austin. The hot tub was great along with the sauna and steam room. When checking out on 2/23/2020 we were helped by Hunter ( bellman ) to take our luggage down to the car. We had a great weekend and will most definitely be back again soon.

Absolutely incredible! If I could rate them higher, I certainly would. The front desk concierge, the valet staff, restaurant staff, bartenders, housekeeping - the entire staff is absolutely amazing! I’ve stayed several times and every time the service is top notch! My husband is a Hilton Diamond member and travels all the time. We have stayed at numerous Hilton properties and this one is by far the best of the best!!!

The hotel and staff are fantastic. Our room was on the 23rd floor and the night time view was great. Super clean and neat. Lobby bar was cozy and has happy hour prices for drinks. Nice variety of food on the bar menu. We will find a reason to come to Austin again so we stay here.

Nice hotel. Customer service is great as the people here have great attitudes and disposition. The breakfast and drinks are great. However, after 10p there is virtually nothing to eat except tacos and liquor. There is a restaurant down the street called Moonshine that offers some great selections, but the Belle and Cannon inside the hotel is limited. Ordered the chicken and it was extremely salty. If you like tacos, I guess you would be in heaven here since they have this taco place that is open until 1:30a. Room service has tax, tip and a surcharge. Tacos and a bottle of the cheapest wine came to $116. The menu is limited. Mostly tacos from the Austin Taco Project. They have a Starbucks, which is a plus. Lots of construction around the hotel. It’s great that they allow pets. Lots of pluses. Not so hot in the food selection, but if you want to get wasted, they have everything you need at 15.00 a glass.
