Love this hostel. I've stayed here many times, in many different types of rooms. Most of the dorms are small, but you're not really there to hang out in bed. Close proximity to Boston's theater district and the Commons, as well as South Station make it a backpacker's dream. Smack dab in the middle of Chinatown it's also a great place to explore the many types of Asian cuisine at an inexpensive price.
Very clean, very professional. Everything is very straight forward. Except shower curtains? They charge $15 for those, I do not know why. Both the bathrooms I visited had them already so that was odd. They have things to do around town posted like free brewery tours. The kitchen is also a great space and they provide breakfast! There are lockers in the rooms but you will need your own lock (like normal) or buy one for $5. They do let you leave luggage prior to check-in but do not hold after checkout. They have other lockers for $3 or $5 for leaving your stuff post checkout. The location is perfect! We did the Freedom Trail, ate out in little Italy and explored the dock. All within walking distance. We were only there a day so didn't explore more.
