Excellent location. Pleasant, spacious rooms (mine had a nice view as well). I could hear far too much noise from other rooms and the hallway (NB, this was not wild partying or anything, just normal things like people moving around). Room service doesn't do pre-orders. Placeholder pending dry cleaning results. I think I will try a different hotel next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed the view from my room most of all. I love the June Jacobs samples they had available (especially the facial bar---twas life!). The gym was amazing as well. The only reason i gave 4 stars was because the walls are super thin and I could hear my neighbors also, as much as i appreciated the views from my room, the slide curtains should've been opaque enough for privacy but sheer to let light in. I'm sure the outside could see my every move!

Awesome hotel. You pay for it but it's worth it. Clean. Quiet spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Staff have a can do attitude. I asked for a room with a bay view, they couldn't do it initially, then later that day they helped me move, that's awesome. Really nice atmosphere and decor with so many places to work or relax downstairs. Loved it.

A really nice hotel. Very centrally located right near Union Square and China Town. Rooms are pleasantly furnished and comfortable with amazing views from the upper floors. Close to shops, restaurants, public transport or even just a nice walk. The buffet breakfasts were delicious.

Amazing views from many of the rooms,😍 looking at Union Square, or the ocean. Rooms are good modern business hotel quality. The club lounge has nice breakfast and evening meals with amazing views. The days I have been there, it was not too busy and was reaching to sit and state at the view.
