If there was a way to give a lower star than one, I would do so. I have been working in the liquor industry for a very long time and I have never been treated so poorly before. My company spent $5,000 with the Gold Room and less than 4 hours later, I asked to purchase at full price and additional bottle of sparkling wine and was treated so poorly that I literally left. I have never in my entire career been treated so poorly before. I strongly suggest that any supplier or brand manager considering this location should do otherwise. Please reach out to Opera or seriously, any other establishment that has no ties with an absolutely terrible one. You will not get your money back. This has been the worst investment of my entire industry career.
