Everything was fine until we had to break our lease to move. We continued to pay 1400+ dollars a month in rent while the land lords agent searched for new tenants. (As is required by NV law). But once the new tenants moved in the agent took 850 dollars from the sec deposit for her "fee". 1: I didnt hire any agent OR use her to find the property. 2: Its a rental property breaking the lease or no they still would have had to rent it out again. Its nothing short of theft.
I have purchased properties from Gavish Real estate and the professionalism and quality of service to find the right properties were outstanding. They have also been the property managers for these properties for a number of years and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the property managers.They always try and achieve a fair result for both tenants and landlords. I live overseas and it is such a relief to have such good property managers.
