Love Essex! We had a large party (16) for bottomless brunch and it was a great experience. Food was great and the service was excellent. Our server was Mo and he was wonderful - he took care of all 16 of us and was very friendly and professional. We will be coming back!

Went for dinner on a busy Saturday night. My reservation got screwed up and I called them last minute to change it. They were soooo accommodating. We had a party of 6. I had the steak, prepared perfectly. My wife had blackened catfish. Good taste but could gave stood a bit more spice. We like it “hot”. Great deserts and espresso. Overall, a great dinner. Very reasonably priced.

We ordered a dozen oysters, lamb chops, and the mussels to share. Everything came out quickly and the food was great as well as their happy hour specials for sangria. Service was amazing as well and the vibe was great, had good music and tv's at the bar. Seated introduced me to this place and I had a great experience and will visit again more often.

I had delightful Christmas Eve brunch with a group of friends. My friend works here and suggested a lovely brunch of unlimited mimosas and good food. I was impressed by the selection of vegan brunch items they have on their brunch menu. I tried their vegan scramble, it was quite tasty. They give you a portion of food. Their holiday brunch comes with unlimited mimosas. Great service, good atmosphere in a nice area in the city.

this is a pretty good brunch spot, there’s definitely some good looking stuff on the menu. the burger is huge, juicy, and dripping with cheese. no complaints there. the oysters were a little bland, not fresh. and they told me the wrong location for them. not a big deal. my drink was terrible. a penicillin should not be watery with have pieces of peeled ginger in it. i could barely taste the scotch or the ginger, it was just flavored water and ice.
