Great show and neat venue. We arrived about 10 minutes before the show started. Had to go through metal detectors and show ID. Once inside we were taken to a table. Many people around us were ordering food which smelled amazing. The show started right on time with a MC type person. He was funny and a good opener. Soon after a server came by to take out drink order. At this point it was a bit dark and hard to see the menu. (Recommend deciding what you want while lights are on). The drinks are a bit over priced, but I get it. We did order a dessert which was a huge portion! Servers come by on a regular schedule and they are hard to flag down in between unless your sitting on the ends. You are required to order 2 drinks (with or without alcohol). When the show was over we were rushed out as another show was starting. At the entrance you had the option of taking pictures with the comedians. Bathrooms were clean. Parking only on the street.

Lots of comedy talent frequent this place which is in a good location in North Beach near restaurants and bars. Cobb's serves decent food and has a full bar, but you're better off getting some good Italian nearby before the show. Had to take a star off after our last experience. We were one of the first to arrive but were seated haf way to the back, which was kind of annoying in an empty comedy club. Turns out they are offering a table upgrade fee per ticket to sit at the front. As a result it seems not many people upgraded and the first four rows were left empty for the whole show.

I like it but it's getting more expensive than a baseball game. They now have reserved seating for an extra 10 bucks. So no just showing up early for a good seat. Wait staff is friendly as always. The comedy is good. Was there tonight to see Brad Williams. Good crowd but not enough to open upstairs. Too bad because he does a great show. Thing is for two people it's a hundred plus bucks night out - show and drinks (there's a two drink minimum per person) a snack, and I can't do more than one or two per year which is unfortunate because I do like comedy shows.

Like it. It's OK. Very Good Acts come here. Sound is good. Ambiance is basic. Upstairs Balcony seems like an interesting way to watch the show without having someone's head block your view. Finally, great neighborhood outside the club (North Beach South of the Club, Fisherman's Wharf to the North of the Club) to go to hang out after the show, grab more drinks or food and just gab about what you just saw.

Great place to see comedy! Old school, intimate comedy club in the coolest neighborhood (north beach). Staff is always friendly and very attentive. Drinks and food come out fast. There's a 2 drink minimum but this is pretty standard among comedy clubs. Have seen some great shows here.
