I love farmer's markets. I try to visit as many as I can, and this one is fantastic. I've been a vendor and a shopper at this location for about three months. The folks are nice, the selection is amazing and the coordinator is quite attuned to everyone's needs. Walking around reminds me of a Gilmore Girls episode. Definitely a place to visit in McKinney.
McKinney, Texas’s Chestnut Square Historic Village recreates life from 1850-1930 on a campus that features six historic houses, a one-room schoolhouse, a chapel, and a general store. The surrounding buildings also include a blacksmith shop, a smoke house, all filled with period artifacts from the 19th century.
Our wedding Saturday evening was everything we wanted it to be. It could not have been so perfect without Kim and the wonderful staff. All of our guests loved the venue and it provided the exact atmosphere we wanted. We only looked at this venue and knew it was the place for us. Thank you all so much for helping make our special day feel so magical!
