    Heather in parts department needs attitude adjustment just bought my harley went in and was wanting to inquire about some bags and some apes for my bike she actied like she had better things to do than to help me and when another customer came up she just left me standing at the counter and went to help that customer . As far as parts department i will never order anything from central texas harley, now the salesman that sold me the bike is an awesome young man knows his bikes not to pushy when trying to sell a bike wants to make sure you're comfortable with the bike you picked out just an all out awesome guy also doug the financial manager also wrked very hard on getting my payments down to what i wanted. Overall parts department is lacking in customer service sales and finance department awesome folks . EXCEPT HEATHER IN PARTS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BY SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND THERE JOB AND NOT THERE FOR PAYCHECK

    I went in to Central Texas Harley and was greeted by Ricky Bobby. I explained what I was wanting and the things I needed to happen. Without a back step he gave me exactly what I was wanting and needed. The whole staff let me wonder around and took care of me like I was the only customer in the store. I am so impressed with the quality of customer service that I received. Great job Ricky, Tyler, Brian, Doug, and Mark. Thanks Guys, "You Rock" Adam Roe

    The motorcycle sales guys were really great, not overly pushy but ready to help us needed. However while browsing through the women's clothing my husband and I were actually being followed by the sales ladies. If I picked up an item the last who following is would rush over and ask if I wanted the item. We left making no purchases and next time will make the trip to South Austin and go to Cowboy Harley.

    stellar - especially Chis in service dept. - helpful, friendly, professional; he helped me get a replacement part from the dealer that I purchased my bike at when he noticed it was defective during a service visit; with the other dealer covering the expense on their end. Wow - he really went the extra mile !!! I also needed some body work done and that part turned out great too !!! The company you used for that was 1/3 the cost and substantially less time than sending it directly to the factory - I am extremely pleased with the service department !!!! The only recommendation I have for a perk to the customer in the service arena: It would be nice to have a certain area set up outside for us to pull up to have our tires checked free and air provided if needed. Just as an "in and out" type of set-up like discount tire provides for autos. Us ladies would r e a l l y appreciate something like this ------

    No stars for Central Texas Harley. Bought a 2012 trike. Apparently they had just gotten the bike in because they took no time to check the bike out. The bike looked like it hadn't been washed in days. They agree to at least wash it. When ask about the rims, the sells person (Doug) looked at us like we were crazy and he told us that was not his job. He also promised another key and the manual to be sent. Still have not received either one. It's been over 3 months. Now I saved the best or worse for last. Within the last 2 months the bike has broken down. Had to have it tow in both times but NOT to Central. They did not take the time to have the bike checked out before selling it. One problem was an oil leak and the other an electrical problem. You would think they would take pride in the items they sell but they don't. It's just a numbers game to them, sell...sell..sell..and get you out the door no matter what. Have been trying to call the General Manager only to be told he's not in the office. No wonder they don't care with a General Manager who is never there, they can do whatever. Please whatever you do DO NOT GO TO CENTRAL HARLEY!!!! Worst customer service!!!!
