    This was the worst dining experience ever!!We did not get all of our food, got desert before entrées and got an appetizer after we were done eating. The manager, Martin Boyer, was totally unprofessional and insisted that we pay for food that we did not receive or either got it so late that we couldn't eat it. Never patronize this place. Cafe circa was terrible !!!

    Very unprofessional. Displayed a listing for an event they were hosting. Free entry and open bar. The entry was free the open bar was not a thing. Also they were supposed to open the doors at 3pm. They didn't until about 3:15. And they didn't have the registers or servers ready when they opened the doors. The bar tender got upset when I showed him the ad. Starting yelling when it was showed to him. Made drink and served me angrily.

    I NEVER write reviews, but I absolutely feel the need to do so for this particular experience. The management and customer service at this establishment sucks! A group of friends and I were treated unfairly and had to deal with a pushy waitress and a "messenger" who delivered unjust demands but had NO answers. A group of first graders could run this place way better than these folks! They're all about money...they don't give a damn about anything else. I left this place very furious! Don't even bother, go spend your money elsewhere.

    Cafe Circa has a great atmosphere, really friendly staff, seems to be a spot professionals love. There's a parking lot right next door for convenience. The 2nd level is great and they can enclose it when it's a little chilly outside. We went on a Saturday for my birthday when there was a live band playing. It was a wonderful experience and would love to go back.

    This was horrible! First I stood waiting to be seated or even asked if I had been assisted for about 15 minutes, then when asked was told that we needed reservations. The website never mentions reservations. However was invited to sit upstairs in the cold and rain, her reply was, "there are heaters up there". 😐 I asked for my calamari with no peppers and she comes back and says it's not possible 😐. That immediately let me know the nothing authentic about this place. My date order oxtails and guess what, they no longer serve them . The menu on the website is quite different rfrom the menu they actually have. I had to keep asking for things such as tea. When she finally brought it, it wasn't fresh tea, it was bottled So to add 20% gratuity for a misrepresentation really put a negative 👎 view on it all. n won't be back or recommended .
