The interior looks like a hotel - definitely needs an update. The drinks are quite expensive - as expected. However, this place does the trick and it’s not tough to find parking around the area. I’ve been there for a Mavs game and a few concerts. They have a great selection of artists for concerts. Not a bad view from the upper level either. Staff is friendly too.

First time since moving to the Dallas area! I don't think that there is a bad seat in the arena. With the exception of the woman scanning our tickets, all the people that we interacted with were very courteous and helpful. We will definitely be going back!

First time here for Game 1 & 2 of the 2016 Stanley Cup Playoffs- it's gorgeous! The staff are incredibly friendly and concession is very fast, my food & drink were ready before my payment went thru! Parking, however, needs to be more available to public first come first serve rather than those "gold/silver" memberships. Can't wait to go back!

The thrills and spills of a basketball game live in Dallas, Texas! The ambience is absolutely electric and it truly made the game come to life! Watching a basketball game in the American Airlines Center is truly an experience of a lifetime. The food was great and the people were the best! Do not forget to visit the American Airlines Center!

Been to many Mavericks games here. Good: Nice stadium. Loads of staff/security everywhere to help. Fun atmosphere and fun place to watch some basketball. They give away lots of free stuff. Very quick through entrance/security. Bad: Ticketing process is poorly managed. Parking is exorbitantly expensive. Traffic on game days is prohibitive. Taking the train is $5. Upper level seats are jammed together. I'm a tall guy and can't fit into one single seat. I would have to put my legs out over the next row. Usual sky high stadium food prices. Surrounding area is devoid of many restaurants or any place to hang out. Mavericks are terrible and intentionally losing games this season.
